Tony and RoseAnn
After watching the show the "best things I ever ate" RoseAnn and Tony drove all over the tri-state area to try the best of appetizers, the best main courses and of course the best desserts. They drove to Brooklyn to taste a brioche gelato sandwich and falling in love with the idea, they decided to begin their journey. RoseAnn and Tony decided to open their own restaurant , the rest is a beautiful story of finding the right partners, the right contractors, and of course a whole family effort. The best way to describe RoseAnn and Tony is ,warm, big hearted individuals capable to deliver an unconditional love for their passion, and it is their goal as head of this institution to create amazing food, atmosphere, and a fun environment.Meet Mike
Marco and Hartley
Food brought Marco A. Tolentino and Hartley Parish together. Well, a love for good food and the restaurant industry, that is. Marco worked his way through the ranks at El Malecon, Persephone and then at Amali gaining avst experience in service and dining. At Amali restaurant that he met his future wife Hartley Parish. Hartley's experiences working with such chefs as Jeremy Bearman, recently of Rouge Tomate, and with Master Sommelier Pascaline Lapeltier gave her a fascination for food and wine as an art. While both Marco and Hartley come from very different backgrounds, their journeys have converged here with an attention to detail and a passion for food.
